Sunny Cottage is located within Poole’s Harbourside Park, location location location, Sunny Cottage is in a quiet cul-de-sac but has everything within 10mins walk. It’s a short level 30 second walk from Poole Harbour and Baiter Park Recreation Grounds. Also within 10 minutes walking distance are the Pubs, Restaurants and shops of Poole Quay and Poole Town Center, Poole Park, The Light House Theatre and Swimming Baths. A Large Sainsbury’s Supermarket is also within a few minutes walk for all your weekly provisions. The superb beaches of Sandbanks and Shell Bay are within 3.5 miles with Shell bay being accessed by the roll-on-roll-off Chain Ferry. Further to the west are the stunning Purbeck hills and historic Corfe Castle along with Dorset’s Jurassic coast line. Whether traveling by foot, bike or car there are many things to see and do on your holiday from this great central location.

The accommodation comprises of two spacious bedrooms one double and one single (with occasional double bed/twin beds), Bathroom with bath/shower, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with Leather Sofa’s, 42” LCD Digital TV, DVD, Radio, CD player and Sony Playstation. Private parking space at the front and a patio garden at the rear. The accommodation is most suitable for couples and families of up to 4 persons maximum.
