Introduction
Sunny Cottage is a 2 bed end of terrace standard brick construction house. Sunny Cottage is located in Poole`s Harbourside Park.
Its is let on a weekly basis from May to October. The changeover day is Saturday

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
Private Parking space at front of house. The bays are numbered with the corresponding house number. Ours is number 45.

Visitor parking spaces available for two hours. For longer periods there is a pay and display car park 1 minutes level walk away. Disabled badge holders can park for up to 3hours for free.
Main Entrance
The front door is a standard UPVC door with key turn lock. Above the door is a small pitched roof with a light. This comes on automatically in the evening when it senses movement.
There is a small step up into the properties hallway.

The ground floor is all on one level
The hallway leads to kitchen on the left and the lounge and dining area is straight through.
Stairs lead upto the 1st floor, they are 76cm wide, carpeted in wool with a wood balustrade hand rail on the left
